When Burger King opened new flagship restaurants across the UK, they needed a campaign that would stand out as much as the brand itself.
We answered with bold, disruptive visuals that couldn’t be ignored: oversized type, playful design details, and a cheeky tone of voice that positioned Burger King as the employer of choice.
The line “Work for a King, not a Clown” became the centrepiece of the recruitment drive—delivering attitude, clarity, and instant brand recognition. Combined with vibrant colour and unapologetically confident art direction, the campaign cut through the noise and showed Burger King as a fun, ambitious place to work.
